recently blogger decided we can't publish my blog to my own website anymore so here we are! pardon the dust, and please visit us online at www.heartsandlaserbeams.com!
hearts and laserbeams is the wacky good-times art and design by me, steph calvert. i team up with robots, cupcakes, and stick people to show people art isn’t all about seriousness, missing ears, and deep thoughts; it can actually be tons of fun.

i just wanted to see how this looked when i sent something directly from my cell to my blog, instead of all the steps i usually take resizing and so on... please enjoy this filthy pic of my brother el brando, taken at roscoes chicken and waffles a few months ago...

hmmm... while i like this new blogger cell phone technology, i think i will only use it in dire blogging emergencies... i like the code jenn showed me that puts the text next to the pic, and i have no idea where blogger's got this picture saved. i quite like knowing it's in my images folder, you know? 10 points for your 2 cents on this - it's like 5 points for a penny, and that's a deal at twice the price!
that's still pretty cool! how DOES IT WORK!>!?!?!
your brother looks like a young rough and tumble era sean penn
the mobile phone blogging thing, i looked into it after seeing brian use it on his blog last weekend - you send a text from your phone to go@blogger.com, then it sends you a code to your phone. you go to blogger.com, punch in that code, and it asks if you wanna connect that phone line to your blog.
so if all goes well, future posts from your phone go directly to your blog. but that first post won't go to your blog if you do the ftp thing like we do, jenn. so don't write anything to fancy your first time around...
Mm, Roscoe's...
girl im not going to blog from my phone any time soon. i'm ALWAYS at a conmputer
In your settings on blogger under the E-mail tab, there is an option for setting your email address. Its your username.(WHATEVERCODE)@blogger.com You have to enter that secret code/pin on your set up and then all you have to do is send an e-mail to that address and its uploaded. Nice and easy. Like you said, its good for emergency posts. I also from time to time take part in the audio post, sometimes amusing and very easy to use. Its on the blogger info page.
