Haven't seen it yet, but I really like Wes Anderson's movies so it's definitely on my to-view list. Plus, it's got the Steph Seal of Approval!
i really gotta come up with a logo for that. then i could put it in blog entries about things that i saw that were neat. ten points to you for that!
I too highly enjoyed the film as much as his others Bottle Rocket, Rushmore and The Royal Tennenbaums.

oh man it's awesome, all through the movie they have this, i dunno, caribbean? guy playing and singing songs you kinda recognize but don't really notice because it's such a background kind of thing, and as it goes on you start noticing this dude's playing the entire david bowie catalog and singing it in a foreign language. i hope all of it's on the soundtrack cuz it sure sounds purty.
p.s. i cry like a baby at the end. fun to note.
man! it seems like it was just yesterday i was swearing i'd go see ti and i never did. i'm goign to rent it right now!
My favorite part is the hot guy in the background watering the flowers when Angelica Huston and Bill Murray are talking out on the patio.
ahahhahahaha yeah!!! i also like when owen wilson smacks the creepy dude whose name i can never remember, and they start arguing over whether they're even or creepydude gets to smack him now.
