man it was so one of those days at work.
you know the ones. the entire day draaaaaaaaaags and everything you have to work on is in complete disarray, and takes you entirely too long to do, and you keep looking at the clock and it's not getting any closer to three fifteen and then your head explodes.
and then it's over and you get to go home and chill and cook some dinner. cheers to trying a new chicken recipe, and cross your fingers that it's not gross!

Well.......how was it?
josh and i have deemed the "lemon asparagus chicken" from page 12 of campbell's classic recipes tasty and delicious! we had it with mashed potatoes, some frozen veggies, and pillsbury crescent rolls.
it's basically this - put some oil in a frying pan, heat it up, add 2-4 chicken boobs, cook for eight minutes. drain the fat, add a can of cream o asparagus soup, 1/4 cup of milk,1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/8 tsp of pepper, cook for five more minutes, make sure chicken ain't pink inside anymore, eat it up yum. y'all can email me if you'd like a more detailed word for word of the recipe...
i just realized that the same meal i made in like 20 minutes would've taken all day if done in the days before things like magical pillsbury crescent rolls...
oh sure, cook a meal for your boyfriend, but why don't you ever cook for your cool friend angela? that's it, we're in a fight!
she cooks for me ALL the time if you know what i mean. wink wink
dude, angela, when we hangin out again! i'll make you somethin real good! (in my pants, that is)
