i think it's clear that you want a new pair of shoes but being that it doesn't fit into your budget your body was going to force you to do it by growing extra toes and therefore you could make extra money on the sideshow circuit as the incredible toe lady and then get new shoes

I think that dream means that you always wanted to join the freak show, but werent quite freaky enough (close, but not close enough), so with like 9 toes on each foot you would be a shoe in,, (no pun intended)
it's true, i always wanted to be a two-nosed cow that no one was allowed to look at, a'la sawdust days in oshkosh! i'll buy that for a dollar!
