AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH awesome!!!
see here's the plan - you baste the turkey all day to keep it all juicy and delishous, right? and basting would make the shake and bake come off, and plus shake and bake in the oven all day probably equals crispy burnt nasty.
SO!! we're gonna roast it normal style all day, and then about an hour and a half before it's done or whatever we'll baste it one more time and then shake and bake the shit outta it! it's gonna be faboo!!!
we have a video camera now, maybe there'll be footage of this miracle of modern cooking soon...
